Common questions
Do I need to know the part number?
Not at all. Just tell us the brand and model, or bring the old part down to our shop. You can also WhatsApp us a photo and we’ll check for you.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are ready in 2 to 3 working days. If a part needs to be ordered in, we’ll tell you how long the wait will be before we start work.
Can I buy using a purchase order (PO)?
Yes. We accept POs and GeBIZ orders from companies, government agencies and town councils. Send us your list and we’ll reply with a quotation, usually within 2-3 working days.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver islandwide. Delivery is free for orders over $300 (before GST). You’re also welcome to collect from our shop at 95 Tagore Lane during opening hours.
Do you repair brands you don't sell?
In most cases, yes. Our workshop repairs many brands of petrol and battery machines. Send us the brand and model and we’ll let you know if we can help.
